The Lesko-Fleming Empowerment Grant supports youth and young adults living with Li-Fraumeni syndrome (LFS) in pursuing opportunities that enhance their personal growth, well-being, and future goals. The grant is open to individuals ages 13 to 26 who have been diagnosed with LFS. Applicants under the age of 18 require parent or guardian consent.

Each year, a total of $10,000 will be awarded and shared between two recipients, beginning in 2026. The award amount may vary based on application review and is not required to be split evenly. In addition, recipients will receive travel and accommodations to attend either the LFSA Symposium or the next Youth Workshop.

To apply, please complete the application below. Applications must be submitted by Monday, August 24. Selected applicants will be notified in September and may be invited to participate in a follow-up interview, with final recipients announced shortly thereafter.
